Tips on getting the most from our service
- We have a minimum charge of 1 hour. So, gather up all those small jobs to fill 1 hours worth of work.
- Clear and clean the area and all the things around where we are going to be working. Like furniture, kids toys and poo, yes poo!
- Write down all the needs and wants of the ideas you have come up with.
- Have ALL partners/wives/husbands involved in the making of the decision in one place when we quote the job. It just makes it less time consuming for both sides. We do this because your time is valuable and saves us going back and forth.
- EMERGENCY CALL OUT on mobile 0411 444 696 – $300 for the first hour, then our standard hourly rate applies.
- Pensioners and Veterans can enjoy 10% off all our standard labour and membership rates
- Per hr $120p/h
- We don’t charge a call out fee
- An additional charge is added depending on the techs working on the job.
- On larger jobs a deposit of half the quote is required a week before scheduling a booking for the work to be done. This is to buy materials as required.

- Basic Yearly Serving plan of $197 – This plan is for those of you that want your retic system checked and working before spring. This small, recurring, yearly investment ensures that your retic should be working optimally all year round. The callout fee and travel cost per km is waived for the pre paid membership plans. Conditions apply as always.
This includes;
- Set sprinkler and surrounds to correct height
- Test system and repair any damaged parts.
- Check control box and fit new battery
- Adjust sprinklers to areas not getting water
- Clear around lawn sprinklers to allow sprinklers to pop up
- Parts not included.
- Premium yearly plan. The investment depends on your individual requirements– This is for those that just want your retic working well all year round. Whether you’re a FIFO worker, retiree, work long hours, a high frequent traveler, or someone that just wants things working all year round without spending time in the garden. We are open to suggestions. If you have a large or small property(s). We do everything within this plan from flushing out filters, minor repairs or modifications, to changing your retic requirements as the seasons change. There is no need to worry about anything with this plan except for parts that we may need to replace or install. The callout fee and travel cost per km is waived for the membership plans. Terms and Conditions apply as always.
- We include a twelve month maintenance schedule with each of our new system installations. This means we will be on site taking care of your new investment for the first year at no cost to you. After this period, we can then have a maintenance schedule or membership plan discussed as required.
